Most women struggle with their weight at some point in their life. However, women usually feel alone in their battle to lose weight. There are many reasons women may struggle, and the goal behind The Weight Loss Support Group is to help women discover psychological reasons that may be keeping them from losing the weight. The process of becoming more aware of oneself can be extremely beneficial for not only for the individual, but for the group as well. In addition to being a support group, we will also have guest speakers as part of the education process, so that women may learn additional tools that will help in many areas of their life, not just with weight.
