Most women have stress in their lives. And for many, they may recognize the fact that they have stress, but not know how to cope with it effectively. The Stress Management Group is designed to help women who are wanting to find new and effective ways of dealing with their stress. Participants will learn what stress means, how if can manifest in their bodies, and how to learn necessary skills in dealing with stress. Participants will also be taught self hypnosis techniques that have proven to be very helpful at reducing stress and its negative effects.
