Dr. Jennifer Jadlot

Jennifer Jadlot, MA, BS, RN, LPC-Associate, NCC is a licensed professional counselor and registered nurse dedicated to helping adolescent and young adult women navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. She offers a holistic approach to wellness, grounded in the mind-body connection, through the transformative power of counseling.

Jennifer is passionate about supporting young women as they overcome anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, disordered eating, and the lasting impact of trauma.

Through evidence-based collaborative care, she helps clients cultivate insight, create meaningful change, and build resilience.

As a seasoned registered nurse specialized in helping children and families, Jennifer earned a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

She is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Expressive Arts Integration, and Lifestyle Medicine. She practices under the supervision of Kelly Guidry, PhD, LPC-S.
